  • In a former soviet secret city, in an old factory enriching uranium, with inside machinery, technology and human faces inherited from the Cold War, an american company produce the rare earths, very importants raw materials for hi-tech industry. It happens to Sillamae, in Estonia, close to the russian border,  where the Molycorps Mineral has cquired Silmet, one of the world's leading producers of pure Neodymium and Lanthanum metal. A reportage inside the one of two only rare earths factory in Europe (the other one is in France), a new challenge to deal in the rare earths "war" against productive supremacy of China.
